The Balla holiday home is approximately located 2.000 m from the city center, 1.500 m from the Golden beach free beach.

55 m2 holiday home on a 500 m2 plot. In 2021, a complete renovation took place. Can be rented for 4-6 people. 3 rooms have 1-1 double bed each, or can be used as 2 double beds + 2 single beds. A fan in each room provides cool air on hot days. A bathroom with a shower is also equipped with a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher. Other equipment: refrigerator, Hotplate, sink, coffee maker, microwave... There is also a charcoal stone grill in the yard. Swing bowling, baby swing on the covered terrace. Wi-Fi is available for an extra charge. Parking for 2 cars in a closed yard.

The holiday home is not heated, so it can only be rented from April 26 to October 1.

It is possible to rent the nearby wellness department of the Balla apartment house /350-400 m/

We recommend our holiday home primarily to families, couples, and quiet groups of friends.

Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of friends under the age of 20 for the peace of our neighbors. It is forbidden to disturb the peace of the night between ten in the evening and seven in the morning.

Only the reserved staff can stay in the holiday home. Our guests cannot receive other guests.

Minimum price for 4 people. A discount for children up to 8 years of age can be requested for more than 4 people.

The prices include the bed cover and 1 towel per person.

Deposit: HUF 60.000, which will be returned in full if no damage occurs.

Wifi: HUF 600/night.
